The staff was pleasant and exceptionally nice at all times. The room itself was modern with a very comfortable bed and had essentials we needed. Having a jacuzzi bathtub and a shower was a bonus. The whole experience was really nice.

Loved the hotel, it is fabulous and clean, has marvellous and lovely location to all the key tourist sites. All the staff was courteous and greeted us warmly. Exceptional services were available.

Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful, providing everything we asked for. Room was lovely, and air-conditioning was really appreciated. It was HOT in Venice. Hotel had windows facing a quiet street within a 10-minute walt of Piazza St Marco.

Excellent quiet location in the heart of the historic venice, great confortable and clean room. Authentic furniture, great breakfast, free wifi and very welcoming staff. We loved it and the price was great for a Venice accomodation.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with key tourist spots and restaurants within easy walking distance. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One issue we encountered was the cleanliness of the room, especially the floors and bathroom. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, it was not adequately addressed.
